Our AI enables us to analyse your energy data and see where there are anomalies. This is where we can get to work in saving you money. I we think it might be necessary we also can visit your site with one of our thermal imaging drones. This technology is amazing at detecting heat loss and finding some quick wins for you.
We usually start by integrating your electricity and consumption data, directly from your utility provider. We then pair this with data from publicly available sources such as Google Maps -this way, energy and facility managers can quickly get an overview of the platform’s possibilities and initiate energy savings initiatives.
We use advanced live monitoring algorithms that learn how each building is being operated. One example is weather data, but also opening hours, holiday closures etc. Because the system knows and understands these impacts, it can automatically identify assets in each building that are not operated optimally – e.g. due to increased baseload consumption or photovoltaic systems not producing the amount of power they should.
Our customers need to be able to document the efforts made to achieve an energy-efficient operation of their property portfolio. Our platform supports energy optimization and efficiency projects, and automatically verifies and document these directly on platform. We calculate energy savings based on measured consumption before and after the savings are implemented – while controlling for factors we know affects the energy consumption in the building.

2. Energy Data
We know you will want a free trial and we do this for every new customer so we can prove our value to you. So after our initial discovery call where we can find out more about your business and before we invoice a penny we'll need some energy usage data from you. This can either come from your care home's records or you can give us permission to get this off your energy provider. The more data we get, the harder the AI will work for you and the more money we can potentially save. We will then get back in touch with you to let you know if we can be of value. Remember we will only work with you if we think we can save you more money that you spend with us.
3. Quote for services
We will only quote you for our services once we can see that we can save you money. We don't need to install any expensive equipment into your rooms but if we think it would be of value we can do site visits with Bessie - our thermal imaging camera drone. 4. Red flags
For once we actually want some red flags to pop up on our screens because this is the moment where the AI can start reducing your energy costs. Once the system gives us red flags then we can communicate with you about what the issues are so that you can start making changes to save money. We then document these changes and savings on our system to feedback to you.
5. Reports to keep you in the know
The best thing about data? We can report on it and let you know how much you've saved and how much you've spent. I don't know if we told you but if we don't save you more than what you spend with us we will not charge you a penny.
